What does it cost the league?

What happens on day 91?
Nothing automatic. Coaches keep their account and free features, and their plays and playbooks stay put. They can upgrade if they want more — there's nothing to cancel and no surprise charge.
Do coaches need a credit card?
No. The code unlocks Pro outright — no card, no trial that quietly starts charging.
Is there anything to install or a contract?
