Play Notes
The Double Back formation is one of the more physical-looking sets in flag football, and that is exactly the point. Play 2 uses the threat of a run up the middle to pull linebackers in while your receivers attack over the top. Have the QB fake the handoff convincingly before pulling up to throw — even a half-second of hesitation from the defense can be the difference. This is a great red zone play when you need to create space.
