Out of the Single Back formation, Play 2 is designed to get your best receiver isolated in a one-on-one matchup while the other routes clear out space. Have your QB target your top receiver on this play — it is designed for him. If the defense doubles your best player, the back swinging out of the backfield should be wide open in the flat. Use this play to reward your playmakers.
