The Twins Stack is one of the best formations in flag football because the stacked alignment forces defenders to decide who to cover first. In this Play 2 variation, your receivers run complementary routes designed to stretch the defense vertically and horizontally. Have your QB read the underneath route first and look for any defender caught in traffic from the stack. If the defense overplays the stack, the backside receiver should be open.
